P&F manages its business activity responsibly and in compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirements of the countries in which it operates. P&F demands legal and ethical conduct from all of its employees in daily business operations, as the manner in which employees perform their duties directly affects the company’s reputation.

P&F Compliance Officers engage in regular dialogue with employees and convene training courses to acquaint employees with internal codes of behaviour and with the numerous statutory and regulatory requirements of the countries where they work.
