We are looking for a Managing Controller (f/m/d) for our location in Vienna, Austria:

Your responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of a controlling system and optimization of reports
  • Contact person between stakeholders and controlling department
  • Support accounting
  • Preparation and creation of budget, including respective listings, documents, and presentations for internal reporting

Your profile:

  • Commercial education (e.g. HAK, HAS)
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a comparable position required
  • Experience in Budgeting Software required
  • Confident handling of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Open-minded, flexible, creative, solution-oriented, responsible, reliable, and resilient personality
  • Independent yet team-oriented working style
  • Excellent knowledge of English and preferably German; other languages are an advantage
  • Organizational and communication skills

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie bearbeiten alle eingehenden Bestellungen und Anfragen unserer Kunden und erfassen diese im System
  • Sie erstellen Angebote sowie Bestellbestätigungen anhand vorliegender Preislisten oder Rahmenverträge für unsere Kunden und Interessenten
  • Sie behalten unseren Lagerbestand stets im Auge und verantworten die Lieferfähigkeit unsere Produkte
  • Sie führen Wareneingangskontrolle anhand von zwingend einzuhaltenden Vorgaben des Qualitätsmanagements für Medizinprodukte durch und dokumentieren alle notwendigen Informationen
  • Sie unterstützen Ihre Sales Kollegen bei allen Kundenfragen und finden kreative Lösungen bei kurzfristigen Versandwünschen

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und idealerweise Kenntnisse im QM für ISO 13485  mit
  • Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sie verfügen über gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Sie bringen eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Zuverlässigkeit und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit
  • Sie haben die Bereitschaft, sich in neue Aufgabengebiete eigenständig einzuarbeiten
  • Sie haben eine umsichtige, proaktive und professionelle Arbeitsweise
  • Sie interessieren sich für das Qualitätsmanagement von streng regulierten Medizinprodukte und bringen die Bereitschaft mit, sich in diesem Bereich einzubringen

We are looking for a Quality Manager (f/m/d) for our location in Vienna, Austria:

Your responsibilities: 

  • Own, challenge and continuously improve the existing Quality System
  • Communicate with critical suppliers to maintain the highest rate of supplier performance and compliance
  • Responsible for managing QC Inspection, document control personnel & processes, Calibration Process, Quality Management System (QMS) Training Process and Management Review
  • Coordinate with external consulting resources as needed
  • Responsible for hosting regulatory 3rd party audits: Notified Bodies, FDA, etc.
  • Gather non-conformance data and document appropriately.
  • Provide oversight to the ongoing maintenance of the Quality System procedures; ensure that changes to the procedures are consistent with the intended structure of the Quality System
  • Maintain regulatory and CE required files

Your profile:

  • University degree preferred or equivalent experience and training in the Quality System Regulations and Standards for Medical Devices
  • Familiar with ISO 13485 standard and CE marking activities of advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, customers and suppliers
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are required
  • Fluent written and oral English skills are a must

We are looking for a Sales Manager (f/m/d) for our location in Vienna, Austria:

Your responsibilities:

  • Independent acquisition of potential new customers
  • Visit potential customers on site
  • Creation and send offers and appropriate information material
  • Communication with decision makers on owner and/or clinic manager level
  • Ensure the customer supply of the articles by timely and permanent communication
  • Regular completion of the documentation of all customer contacts in the system
  • Participation in trade fairs, congresses, and events

Your profile:

  • Commercial (e.g. HAK, HAS) and/or medical education
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the sale of medical devices and services requiring explanation – ideally in the field of cardiology
  • Quick perception and ability as well as eagerness to learn and improve
  • Business management knowledge is an advantage
  • Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Austria
  • Fluent German and English is a must; other languages are an advantage
  • Extensive knowledge of the healthcare market is an advantage
