Hon. Prof. Dr. Katharina Kiss MD
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, P+F
Hon. Prof. Dr. Katharina Kiss is a specialist consultant in internal medicine and cardiology. She graduated from the Medical University Vienna, Austria in 1996 and completed her specialty training at the Vienna General Hospital in the departments of Emergency Medicine and Cardiology in addition to the 4th Medical Department at the Hietzing Hospital, Vienna, Austria in 2003. During a sabbatical in 2002, Dr. Kiss completed specialist training in Cardiac MRI at the Royal Brompton Hospital in London, the most renowned Cardiopulmonary hospital in the UK.
Since 2004 Dr. Kiss has been active in research in the field of interventional cardiology, primarily focusing on the development of minimally invasive heart valves. In 2004 Dr. Kiss co-founded the company P+F Products + Features GmbH which research, develop and manufacture percutaneous heart valves and drug eluting stents.
Dr. Kiss continues her consulting work with patients as an independent specialist in a multidisciplinary private practice, encompassing the disciplines of internal medicine, cardiology and angiology.
In recognition of her work as a cardiologist with patients from Eastern Europe, the Russian Federation and Central Asian Countries, Dr. Kiss received the title of Honourable Professor of Medicine from the University of Astana, Kazakhstan.
Prof. Dr. Siegfried Einhellig
COO & President, P+F
Prof. Dr. Siegfried Einhellig is a co-founder of P+F Products + Features GmbH. His experience within the healthcare consulting spans 30 years directing a wide range of consulting engagements in the areas of: enterprise strategic planning; mergers and acquisitions; service line growth strategy; economic alignment; strategic outsourcing and comprehensive revenue cycle management. Dr. Einhellig has also participated in the development of corporate strategy and product development strategy for multiple integrated business process firms that serve the healthcare industry.
Prior to co-founding P+F Products + Features GmbH, Dr. Einhellig was the Chief Executive Officer of Translumina, a company which he also co-founded.
Dr. Einhellig’s career within the healthcare industry has included the following positions: Boston Scientific – President (Europe and North Africa); Baxter International – President Marketing Research and Development; Baxter International – President Critical Care and Interventional Cardiology; American Health Care – Director Marketing Research and Development.
Dr. Einhellig holds a degree in Economics from the University of Munich, a degree in General Management from INSEAT Business School and a PhD in International Economics from the University of Zagreb.
Guilherme Agreli

Mr. Guilherme Agreli BSc, MBA is the Chief Research & Development at P+F Products + Features GmbH. Mr. Agreli has in excess of 10 years’ experience leading teams that integrate science and emerging technologies with the development and manufacture of minimally invasive medical devices. Mr. Agreli is committed to advancing product design and innovation by applying sound science and vigorous design and development protocols in order to expediently bring our products to market and advance the future of health care.
Mr. Agreli has development and leads collaborative programmes with physicians to ensure our products are targeted and relevant; from clinical problem identification, product development and training on safe and effective deployment, thus ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Prior to joining P+F Products + Features GmbH, Mr. Agreli held the position of Director of Research and Development at Braile Biomedica – Brazil.
Mr. Agreli holds a BSc in from the University of San Paulo, (USP) Brazil in Medical Physics and an MBA from the University Fundacao Getulio Vargas, San Paulo (FGV). Mr. Agreli is the co-author of several published papers focused on the integration of new technologies into medical devices; Mr. Agreli is a co-inventor of seven patents related to implantable medical devices.
Dr. Stefan Dorfmeister

Dr. Stefan Dorfmeister is Senior Advisor to Founders of P&F. He spent his career in finance, both on the buy and sell side. He started out in M&A at JP Morgan in NY before joining Merrill Lynch in London and Hongkong in a variety of Capital Market assignments. Mid 2005 he joined Goldman Sachs as Managing Director in Singapore responsible for the Principal Investing Desk of Goldman Sachs’ Pan Asian Commodity Business. Upon his retirement from Goldman Sachs he taught several years at the National University of Singapore as Adjunct Associate Professor of Finance.
Dr. Dorfmeister earned a doctorate degree from Vienna University of Economics and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Pedram Parsian, MSc
Head of Quality Management

Pedram Parsian is the Head of Quality Management at P+F Products + Features GmbH.
He started his career in the medical sector 6 years ago by building up a production for medical devices class IIa and was responsible for the Quality Management System, Regulatory Affairs and Production.
Mr. Parsian is committed to develop and upgrade the Global Quality Management System and coordinate the certification processes worldwide.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Groningen, Netherlands.
Dr. Rolf Seemann
Head of Regulatory Affairs

Rolf Seemann is Regulatory Affairs Manager at P+F Cardiovascular GmbH.
He holds a PhD in Applied Mechanics and is a TÜV Austria certified Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager for Medical Devices.
With 20 years of experience, he has a strong scientific R&D background in the medical and engineering sectors. During his career, he successfully initiated interdisciplinary and international research groups for the development and optimization of medical devices and manufacturing technologies.
DI Peter Harmacek
Clinical Data Manager
P+F Products and Features GmbH GMBH, AUSTRIA
Peter Harmacek supports the Data Management activities across all study projects at P+F Cardiovascular, located in Vienna, Austria.
He holds a Master’s level degree (Dipl.-Ing.) in Technical Mathematics from the University of Technology, Vienna. Furthermore he performed pedagogical education to reach the qualification to teach Math in secondary schools.
Peter gained a lot of professional experience in Clinical Data Management and associated processes when working for more than twenty years in Clinical Research & Development in a global biopharmaceutical company. There, he supported numerous clinical trials of all study phases, primary in the area of Vaccines and Biosurgery.
Gamze Yurttas

Gamze supports the accounting team. Her main focuses are group accounting, bookkeeping and reporting to different departments, entities and management. She brings 6 years of professional experience in finance and is finishing International Business Administration at the University of Vienna.
Milica Andelovic, MSC
Vigilance & Quality Control Manager

Milica Andelovic is Vigilance & Quality Control Manager at P+F Products and Features GmbH.
She has more than 6 years of professional experience in various roles in pharmacovigilance, signal detection, benefit-risk assessment, and centralized clinical trial monitoring. Before that she worked in the public pharmacy.
In her role, Milica is committed to improving the global quality management system and ensuring patient safety both in the clinical setting and post-market. She has a master’s degree in pharmacy from the University of Belgrade.

Guillermo García González

Guillermo García González is a pharmacy bachelors graduate that also holds a masters degree in Marketing & Business Management from CESIF, Madrid.
His career started a trainee for Abbott in the marketing Structural Heart team, where he developed a great interest and acumen in the Interventional Cardiology field, particularly in the the transcatheter valvular solutions. His field of responsibility includes providing technical and clinical support during product implantations as well as implementing other marketing activities.

Mrs Liza Fachin started her career at Braile Biomédica working with Quality Management. She has over 13 years of experience in the medical device industry, in diferente positions. Mrs Liza Fachin holds a Masters Degree in Production Management from University of São Paulo (USP, Brazil), and is also a Quality Management System university professor.
Bruno Oliveira, MSc.

Mr. Bruno Oliveira is a Certified lead auditor for ISO 13485:2016 by BSI and holds a Master’s Degree on Materials Science and Engineering.
He has more than 10 years of experience in regulated work environments within medical devices’ manufacturers, distributors, and testing labs, comprising both execution and supervision of regulatory intelligence operations, international regulatory submissions, design controls, multi-scope quality assurance and quality management systems, product certification schemes, 1st and 2nd party audits, process validations, post-market surveillance and risk management of product life cycle.
During his career, he developed and implemented an array of successful projects, with both team building activities and strategy deployment, on regulatory affairs and quality management systems, for a diverse scope of systems, including experiences with the Medical Devices Single Audit Program (MDSAP).

Voltaire Filho is the Director of Marketing and Sales for Latin America.
Voltaire Filho has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the UNIBAN, São Paulo, Brazil and a MBA from ESPM, Brazil.
Mr. Filho has 28 years of experience in the medical device business and has was responsible for the roll out of Sapien XT valve (Edwards Lifesciences) in Latin America and FujiFilm SonoSite operations (full P&L) in Brasil. Also served as EMEA Director of Operation in FujiFilm SonoSite based in Amsterdam, NL.

He has 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 11 years of experience in the heart valve manufacturing industry, with experience in several diffentes areas of the manufacturing process. With his extensive knowledge in financial management and people management, Fernando Oliveira stands out in leading teams focused on relevant results for the business. As COO Fernando is responsible for the development, design, operation and improvement of the systems that create and deliver the company’s products.

Priscila Gonçalves is the R&D Manager at P+F Products and Features. In her role, Priscila is committed and passionate about advancing technology-driven solutions to ensure the safety and performance of P+F products, enhancing worldwide healthcare through cutting-edge medical technologies.
She contributes as the Secretary of the ABNT Cardiovascular Implants and Extracorporeal Systems Committee and represents Brazil as a member of the Vascular Prostheses Working Group within the ISO. With over 10 years of solid performance in research and development of products and manufacturing processes, she has led innovative projects that bridge the gap between academia and the productive sector. These projects have included international collaborations with organizations such as the Fraunhofer Institute, Petrobras, Embraer, WEG, Whirlpool, as well as renowned universities in Brazil and Germany.
Priscila holds a master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina and has authored several tens of scientific publications with numerous citations.

Juan Serrano Moreno is the Senior Product Manager for Iberia at P+F Products + Features GmbH. He holds a Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutics and a Master in Marketing and Business Management of Medical Device Companies from CESIF. Further he has a longstanding experience in the Interventional Cardiology acquired in leading companies such as Abbott Vascular and Asahi Intecc. There, he was in charge of product strategy development, product market launches, sales team as well as of the cath lab team training.

Cheila Penteado is the Product Specialist and Country Manager for Portugal at P+F Products + Features GmbH.
She holds an university degree in Pathological Anatomy, Cytology and Thanatology from Egas Moniz Higher Institute of Health Sciences in Lisbon, Portugal and worked in the National Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences as well as in the pathological anatomy laboratory and autopsy room.
With a large expertise in the medical field, Cheila Penteado is responsible for coordinating anatomical measurements for TricValve® implantations.

Raquel Machado is the Business Developer responsible for Portugal at P+F Products and Features . She holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from New University of Lisbon.
Her professional career began as a Technical Consultant at Medtronic in the Cardiac Rhythm Management area. Later on, Raquel followed the business development area joining GE Healthcare as a Product Sales Specialist covering the south and center of the Portuguese territory, summing up more to her already considerable experience within the healthcare industry.

Paul Shelton

Paul Shelton is the US Director Clinical Development. He joined P+F to help lead the introduction of P+F into the US and Canadian markets.
Paul has over 20 years of experience in the cardiology market serving multiple sales and leadership positions managing muti-million dollar business for companies from Johnson & Johnson/Cordis, Boston Scientific, ev3, SentreHEART and Atricure. He has experience bringing breakthrough technologies from early clinical research all the way through to full scale commercialization. Paul’s passion is focused on providing innovative solutions to providers to help patients with unmet needs.
He graduated from Francis Marion University School of Business and completed preceptorship at Tufts Medical School focused on Cardiology and Immunology.

Mark has a degree in Chemistry from Miami University and earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.

Rob is a consummate team player who is passionate about working with colleagues and providers to successfully bring novel lifesaving technologies to market.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Health Sciences from Neumann University and earned a Master of Business Administration from Haub School of Business and Saint Joseph’s University.
Glenn Herbst, RN

Glenn brings 20+ years experience as a clinically trained cardiac RN and extensive roles in cardiovascular device sales, clinical education and IDE trial execution in the EP/Structural Heart space with Boston Scientific, St Jude Medical, SentreHEART and AtriCure.
Glenn is passionate about advancing innovative and game changing medical technologies from conception to commercialization. He always applies a “Prescriptive Approach” to developing procedural protocols, education, and IDE trial execution to ensure the best possible safety, efficacy, and reproducible outcomes for patients.
Glenn attended the State University of New York and holds degrees in Economics and Nursing.
